What I would do is:After using the FileDialog functions to select the
source/destination folders,I would loop through the entire range from B2 to
M5000  and look for non-blank cells.then, if the cell contains the name of a
file that exists, copy the file.Like:
    Dim rng As Range
    Dim dRange, fso, fname
    Set fso = CreateObject("Scripting.FileSystemObject")
    Set dRange = Range("B2:M5000")
    For Each rng In dRange
        If (rng.Value & "X" <> "X") Then
            fname = rng.Value
            If (fso.fileexists(Sourcefld & fname)) Then
                FileCopy Sourcefld & fname, destfld & fname
            End If
            Debug.Assert True
        End If
    Next rng Paul-----------------------------------------

 Hi Experts,
Right now am using a code to copy a batch of file from a folder & pasting them
in new folder but the issue is, i have to put all the file names in a column &
right now i have files in a different columns. So please check the attached
files & the code & please modify it for selecting the range (B2:M5000) as
values.
Please refer to sheet3, am getting the file names with help of formula & that's
why few values are improper values, only want to refer the files names, it can
skip the null values.
Sub CopyToFold()Dim i As IntegerDim fName As StringDim sourcepath As ObjectDim
destpath As Object
Set sourcepath = Application.FileDialog(msoFileDialogFolderPicker)
sourcepath.Show    Sourcefld = sourcepath.SelectedItems(1) & "\"   '
Debug.Print sourcefldSet destpath =
Application.FileDialog(msoFileDialogFolderPicker)     destpath.Show    destfld
= destpath.SelectedItems(1) & "\"  ' Debug.Print destfld
For i = 1 To Range("A" & Rows.Count).End(xlUp).Row
fName = Cells(i, 1)
FileCopy Sourcefld & fName, destfld & fName
Next
End Sub
