I want the ability to view the header as I scroll down within each data 
set. So I if I am looking at Data Set 2 (if you prefer, table 2), as I 
scroll down through the 100 rows of data, I want to be able to view Header 
2. If I am scrolling down Data Set 3, I want Header 3 to be displayed. Hope 
this helps.

Header 1
Data Set 1 (100 rows)

Header 2
Data Set 2

Header 3
Data Set 3
