ALT+H+FI+F   (for excel 2013)
I think the above one is more easy then the one you suggested, i use yours 
one but it does not work with my excel,  yes the key ALT+E+I+S opens up the 
SERIES dialogue box but then we have to work more so it takes a lot of time 
and you know very well we use keyboard shortcut for saving the time and 
hassle but  in view of yours help I was able to find the above one and 
thank you very much your help.
