Thanks Mandeep ji, I do know that cell has a limit of characters, but my each returning value has only 3 characters and max possible matches are 10 per lookup value, so the maximum characters per cell would be 30. I guess that's not the issue there.
Nevertheless, I would look into the alternate you have suggested and let you know.
