Manager is looking for someone who is an individual
contributor. Looking for someone who can hit the ground running and doesn't
need a lot of handholding. The current team size is 2; this candidate will
be the 3 addition. The core skills are ASP, .NET, C#, Oracle and SQL. Some
who has worked on application support is a plus. This is for the core
publishing solutions business at TR. Familiarity with applications such as
SendSuite and SAP-MII would be a plus. Local candidates preferred this,
In-Person interview required.

The Manufacturing Group is looking for a results-driven, team-oriented,
self-motivated professional who combines exceptional technical skills with
solid communication for this position on the Manufacturing team.
In this position you will be part of our high performing team participating
in developing, design, requirements, testing and deployment of solutions.
*PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:*
Interact with key business personnel and technical peers to make technical
recommendations for application development to enhance the existing
solution or resolve production issues
Participate in all phases of the software development life cycle (SDLC),
including functional requirements, technical design, development, unit
testing and user acceptance testing for support and enhancements to
existing applications
Collaborate with other technical staff to research, evaluate, develop, test
and implement technical solution
Cooperate with other technical staff and management to identify estimates
and timeline for projects in C#.net and ASP.net
Communicate clearly and efficiently with team members, management, business
partners and vendors.
Provide training of final solution to the business end users
Provide operational support of internal business systems
Lead and facilitate meetings with key business representatives, developers
and other areas of the company
* Qualifications:*
5 Plus Years experience in information technology
Proven analytical and troubleshooting skills
Ability to set scope and deliver quality results
Functional knowledge of Microsoft development technologies and tools
Effectively balance and prioritize multiple projects concurrently
Strong written and oral communication skills Must be able to work
independently and as part of a team on multiple, competing priorities.
History of meeting deadlines in uncertain environments, and delivering high
quality results.
Ability to manage time effectively according to priorities and timelines.
Must be self-motivated, possess the ability to take on projects and tasks
with little direction, and apply good judgment and decision-making skills.
Must have strong documentation skills.
Willingness to work in a team environment.
*Preferred or Desired Qualifications:*
5+ years of industry web application development experience
5+ years in Microsoft Technologies, ASP.NET, C#.NET, IIS, JavaScript or
similar Object Oriented Technologies
5+ years in Web Services development and design
5+ years with relational databases, Oracle and MS SQL Server
Manufacturing and Distribution Process Experience
