Experience in analyzing, reverse-engineering, and documenting the design of existing WebSphere solutions. Experience in identifying business processes and creating IT solutions that deliver those functions in WebSphere. Strong communication skills (Visual and verbal) and demonstrated experience using those skills to convey innovative solutions to IT and business management. Experience of working in a large corporate enterprise (e.g. leading or serving as Lead Architect to teams of 10 or more individuals). Certification in WebSphere Process Server. Certification in WebSphere Application Server. Experience with architecture and design of WebSphere Process Server.
