I think the confusion is in the portion of the terms
themselves:msoFileDialogFilePickermso: Micro Soft ObjectFile: FileSYSTEM (not a
"file")Dialog: Interactive communication toolFile/Folder: Type of object to
select.Picker: purpose of the object
So, basically, msoFileDialogFilePicker is a flag telling the Filesystem Dialog
method to return the name of a selected FILE,msoFileDialogFolderPicker returns
the name of a selected FOLDER.
