Candidates with background in investment banking (stocks, trades, futures,
bonds etc), and/ or with retirement plan/ 401k systems will be given a
strong preference.





JD:-

This position is to perform analysis, create detailed requirements,
technical and functional specifications, and create and execute test plans
for a large project that has just started.



Candidate must:

ü  Have demonstrated ability to analyze large and complex software systems
and compose lucid and detailed requirements, technical, and functional
specifications.

ü  Be a self-starter with demonstrated ability to work independently.

ü  Possess strong verbal, writing, and collaboration skills.

ü  Have 5-7 years’ experience in requirements elicitation and translation
into technical specifications for medium to large software systems.

ü  Have 3-5 years’ experience in QA planning and execution.

ü  Background in financial industry preferred, experience in retirement
plan recordkeeping strongly preferred.
