Working closely with Technical Architects and other key members of the project team, .NET Technical Leads own the technical track of engagements, lead technical teams and deliver high quality code during design, development and deployment. They are responsible for technical requirements, software design, development, and testing. Qualified candidates must be highly proficient with .NET technologies and object-oriented programming, including software design and design patterns. .NET Technical Leads work on cross-functional teams to support business requirements and take direction from managers, technical architects and technical directors while communicating issues, providing estimates and developing creative solutions to address technical challenges. Leveraging a thorough knowledge of database design, back-end architectural patterns and front-end development techniques, candidate will work in a collaborative environment to develop applications with a strong focus on user experience design. Ideally, candidate will offer experience with stateless web application development, designing and developing solutions based on the .NET suite of technologies using C#. Candidate must demonstrate their ability to master new/emerging technologies, and take initiative to offer technical direction and creative solutions to others on the team.
