Hi All

I am asking for advice! I have just been tasked with preparing some charts
of aggregated data. I am be asked to prepare four charts of customer
semi-monthly statements showing some revenue and trends of individual
items, then print a PDF file and email to each individual customer (about
100) or maybe just print the statement with charts in the email body. They
want me to write a macro do all of these things and just push a button to
make it happen. After that long winded explanation I, have prepared a list
of the tasks that I think are involved and looking for advice to see if I
am on the right path, the list is below. I have a little experience with
vba; however none with automatically creating PDF's and then emailing to
100 hundred clients.I haven’t started it yet so I don’t have anything to
share yet. Thank you for listening to my story and for any advice.

   - Record macro while preparing charts and then cleanup code
   - Prepare report template to put charts and other information into
   - Search for code to prepare PDF's of report
   - Create list of client email addresses
   - Search for code to do emails of the individual PDF's

Thank you

The Best,

MikeB
