Try this  in B5 of sheet2 and drag right.

=IF((COLUMN()-1)<=Sheet1!$B$3,Sheet1!$B$2,IF((COLUMN()-1)=Sheet1!$B$3+1,SUM(OFFSET($A$5,,1,,Sheet1!$B$3)),""))
