Dear all, One thing I didn't understand in this community whether the 
people want to increase their knowledge or want help or they are 
putting/transferring/imposing their whole work to some member.  I can 
certainly understand that the knowledge is Expandable and it grows as you 
share it .but it seems to me that some people are just don't want to gain 
something but only using this community for their own benefits.it's a 
request please don't impose your work but feel free to share your 
views,points or ideas with us. may be we can learn something new from your 
end too.
