I am new to excel and my query is very small. I have to calculate yield to maturity for a bond. I am calculating it using XIRR and yield function in excel. Values are different. XIRR =12.13% whereas Yield =12.40% Please advice me what I have done wrong in calculating yield. I have attached the screenshot. Thanks in advance.
