Since I don't know much about your workbook,
I first had to create a workbook with 50 sheets with one of 10 randomly
selected tab colors.
I then made some assuptions and threw this together:
It MOVES all sheets to new workbooks. (except for the last sheet)
It does NOT provide names for the new workbooks.

Sub Move_Sheets()
    Dim Dict_Sheets
    Dim Sht As Worksheet
    Dim tColor As Integer
    Application.ScreenUpdating = False
    Set Dict_Sheets = CreateObject("Scripting.Dictionary")
    For Each Sht In Sheets
        tColor = Sht.Tab.ColorIndex
        If (Not Dict_Sheets.exists(tColor)) Then
                Workbooks.Add
                Dict_Sheets.Add tColor, ActiveWorkbook.Name
                ThisWorkbook.Activate
        End If
        If (ThisWorkbook.Sheets.Count > 1) Then
            Sht.Move
After:=Workbooks(Dict_Sheets(tColor)).Sheets(Workbooks(Dict_Sheets(tColor)).Sheets.Count)
        Else
            Sht.Copy
After:=Workbooks(Dict_Sheets(tColor)).Sheets(Workbooks(Dict_Sheets(tColor)).Sheets.Count)
        End If
    Next Sht
    Application.ScreenUpdating = True
End Sub
