Hi pramodb35, Thank you very much for your help! It is almost perfect;) Please have a look at the file attached. I have tried it for more rows for each type and it does not work correctly in that case:( The "type" is then not correctly copied in each row of column "type". I cannot figure out what should be changed. The second thing is that I am sorry in my "data" file, there are figures with no space between thousands, however, there is (for example 3 000,00 EUR instead of 3000,00 EUR). Moreover, when I use the suggested macro, zeros after a decimal comma are deleted and then the number becomes higher;) e.g. 3000,00 EUR is finally 300000 EUR;) I would be really grateful if you could help me with these updates too..
