I have a workbook that is opened by many users in different environments. My goal is to determine the value of *Application.UseSystemSeparators* (True/False) using the Workbook_open() and somehow save the value so that I can set it back using Workbook_BeforeClose(Cancel As Boolean). The order is:
1. Sub Workbook_open(): Determine value and store 2. Sub myCustomSub: The user manually starts a macro that possibly changes the value temporarily while processing data 3. Sub Workbook_BeforeClose(Cancel As Boolean): Restores to value determined when the workbook was opened Notice: I have tried to use a constant but no luck.
