I have a workbook that is opened by many users in different environments. My goal is to determine the value of *Application.UseSystemSeparators* (True/False) using the Workbook_open() and somehow save the value so that I can set it back using Workbook_BeforeClose(Cancel As Boolean). The order is:
1. Sub Workbook_open(): Determine value and store 2. Sub myCustomSub: The user manually starts a macro that possibly changes the value temporarily while processing data 3. Sub Workbook_BeforeClose(Cancel As Boolean): Restores to value determined when the workbook was opened Notice: I have tried to use a constant but no luck. I don't want the value stored anywhere within a worksheet. Can anyone assist me please? -- Are you =EXP(E:RT) or =NOT(EXP(E:RT)) in Excel? And do you wanna be? It’s =TIME(2,DO:IT,N:OW) !
