Hi, If I have a pivot table (as shown below) in which destinations sold has been sorted as Top 5 and Month has been sorted as Top 3. I wanted to create 5 different line charts showing each destination separately. For e.g. One line chart showing Malaysia, 2nd line chart showing Switzerland, 3rd line chart showing Karnataka and so on. Is this possible? The reason why I want to manage these 5 line charts using one pivot table is that I have to show these graphs for only Top 5 destinations sold and as the next month's data will be added, I do not have to select these destinations manually from each pivot table.
Region West Actions (All) Show/Don't Show Show Sold Show/Don't Show Show Sum of Sold Destinations Sold Month Total Malaysia February-14 62 January-14 58 November-13 26 London July-13 53 February-14 53 August-13 10 Switzerland March-14 67 August-13 24 Karnataka February-14 75 Singapore July-13 26 February-14 24 March-14 20 Why I want to display it in 5 different line charts is that it looks very wired. Please help. If you have a better representation of this data please do suggest. Regards Prayank -- Are you =EXP(E:RT) or =NOT(EXP(E:RT)) in Excel? And do you wanna be? It’s =TIME(2,DO:IT,N:OW) !
