hi You can pres Alt + F11 to go in to VBE mode, then press Ctr + R to view project explorer on left side.
Browse for your WB name (this will be like "VBA Project(workbook name)" and click on plus sign to expand it. If it is not protected then you will be able to see code, if it is protected then you will be prompted for PWD. Cheers!!
