There are a lot of manual ways n which you can reset VBA passwords but it 
seems like you don’t have access to this option because in your case nobody 
remembers passwords. That’s really awful but you don’t have to panic as I 
have a recommendation for this free trial version which I hope can 
definitely serve your purpose or maybe you won’t have to look for other 
ways. Check out this *SysInfoTools VBA Pasword Recovery 
<http://www.sysinfotools.com/recovery/vba-password-recovery.html>*. It is 
an effective software that will aid you in cracking VBA password and you 
would be able to open required Excel file.
