Hi Basole, I have no idea how you've done that but its saved me a lot of work! One thing, once the data gets to 10 or 100 they skip to the top of the column (ie batch 100K or 010K) is this just what will happen or can it be changed? Also how would i go about copying this into a different workbook? Thanks Tom
