I need to duplicate colums a,b,c,d,e,f,g,h,i,j,k when ever colum l is 
greater then 700.. 

for example say:

 

The first customer is getting a total quantity of 800, so the final 
worksheet would create two rows: The first with a quantity of 700 and a 
second row with a quantity of 100.

 

Another example:

 

1: Customer,Address,City,State,Zip,1550

 

Becomes:

 

1: Customer,Address,City,State,Zip,700

2: Customer,Address,City,State,Zip,700

3: Customer,Address,City,State,Zip,150
