Hi,

I have a requirement to perform the following task on an ongoing basis , so
hoping to automate it as much as possible.

I have two .xlsx files ... with 2 sheets of data in each,

I need to produce a new 3rd .xlsx file containing a 'difference' of the
first two files.

eg

   - Compare Sheet1 of 1.xlsx with Sheet1 of 2.xlsx , ignore duplicate
rows & write the resulting 'unique' rows to a new Sheet1 in 3.xlsx
   - Compare Column Headers in Sheet2 of 1.xlsx with Sheet2 of 2.xlsx ,
Ignore entire columns where there is duplicate Column Headers & write the
resulting 'unique' columns to a new Sheet2 in 3.xlsx

Thanks in advance, this would be my first ever macro, so please be gentle
with me. :)
