Ravi, Screen shot wouldn't do any good. It's not one Excel File, it's a bunch of them (I quoted "3" on my post but it's actually "8" not that it matters). This is an issue with Excel 15 vs earlier versions. It's possible that it might be a "setting" in Excel 15 that's causing my issue.
As I just wrote back to Sam, my solution might be to just "upgrade" everyone in my office to Excel 2000 (It works, it works well and there's nothing in Version 15 that is of any use to me besides headaches).
