NO actually i want to show L whichever dates he have taken leave. But it should be automated by formula so that i just need to enter the dates in the sheet named "Database" and it will automatically highlights those dates in red in sheet "Summary" and the previous leave dates would be available with me in case anyone wants to refer in future.
