I have some data that is imported into Excel. It's a long string of text, in one cell, that I have to split in 2 cells and get rid of unwanted data. I've attached a file, I need to manipulate the data in ROW 3 to look like the data in ROW 5. Normally i do this on the same row. I will copy what is found in the brackets to the cell in column B and then I remove everything after the comma, so I'm left with the username in Column A and the full name in Column B. The format is always the same for the data that is imported. I do have over 100 rows in certain cases and I almost get hypnotize to do the same steps over and over. Can anyone help me to setup a mcro that would take care of my problem. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!
