Respected Prabhakar, First select all the sheet and go to format tab and go to the protection tab and uncheck the locked and hidden chechmarks.Then Select the Cells,Rows or Columns which you want to lock,the go to the format tab and then the protection tab in the dialog box then check the locked checkbox.Only checking will not have any effect until the worksheet is protected.So go to the review tab and protect the sheet.Then you can have only the selected cell,rows or colums locked.
