Hello everyone,

I have an excel sheet that has 7000+ records. It has two columns- Number
and Title. The rows under the 'title' column contains strings and some of
the strings are quite similar. For instance:

Need Assistance with email
How to coordinate projections
Help with Email
Need help in projecting coordinates
How to send an email

Currently, I am manually copying all the similar strings(I base the
similarity on the common words) i.e. I form the groups as

Group 1: *Common words- Email*
Need Assistance With Email
Help With Email
How to Send an Email

Group 2: *Common words- projections+coordinates*
How to coordinate projections
Need help in projecting coordinates

It takes me a lot of time to manually group all these together. I have
tried fuzzy Look Up, but its not a possible solution because I have all the
data in a single spreadsheet under the same column. Can someone think of a
probable solution to this problem? I thought of iterating through the
spreadsheet cell by cell, finding common words and then grouping the
strings cells on the basis of common words. I am new to VBA and Excel
Macros. Any help is much appreciated.

Attached is the sample data I'm looking at.

Thanks!!
