HiJust active macro and click to protect the sheet and unprotect the sheet and 
see the macro, you will get the VBA code of your require.thanx

Hi,
The following features can't be changed after a workbook is shared: 
merged cells, conditional formats, data validation, charts, pictures, objects 
including drawing objects, hyperlinks, scenarios, outlines, subtotals, data 
tables, PivotTable reports, workbook and worksheet protection, and macros.

when i make it a share workbook, and change value then its shows error   "Run 
time error 1004, Unprotect method of worksheet class failed."
