*DATA ANALYTICS With Qlikview and Excel Experience*

*Requirement Details:*



On-Project Responsibilities:

-              Understand client requirements, business processes and data
sources and define project objectives accordingly

-              Assist with data identification, data acquisition, data
cleansing, data preparation, completeness testing, data loading, etc

-              Write scripts to analyze data based on business rules for
ad-hoc analytics projects and/or development and implementation of reusable
data analysis tools

-              Identify data quality issues and recommend the best course
of action to address them

-              Analyze and problem solve issues with current and planned
systems as they relate to the integration and management of data (for
example, review for accuracy in record merge, unmerge processes)

-              In collaboration with others, interpret data and develop
recommendations based on findings

-              Prepare exceptions and findings in a clear, concise and
intuitive manner and communicate with relevant stakeholders

-              Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in
complex data sets

-              Develop graphs, reports, and presentations of project
results

-              Perform basic statistical analyses for projects and reports

-              Create and present quality dashboards

-              Generate routine and ad hoc reports

General Responsibilities:

-              Lead data analysis client engagements, including
scoping/budgeting/resourcing, coordinating and controlling project
activities

-              Maintaining strong client relationships

-              Demonstrate deep technical capabilities and professional
knowledge.

Demonstrate ability to quickly assimilate new knowledge. Possess in-depth
business acumen.
Remain current on new developments in advisory services capabilities and
industry knowledge.



Educational Qualifications & Work Experience:



-              Bachelor's in Information Management, Computing,
Mathematics, Statistics, or related fields

-              5+ years experience in data analytics, preferably in
Insurance

-              Experience in Audit Analytics and/or Data Management in a
Big-4 or similar consulting environment would be a plus

-              Proven experience of successfully managing and delivering
services to large, multi-national clients

-              Certifications like SQL Server, ACL, SAS, etc,  would be an
advantage

Skills required:

-              Experience using SQL, SAS or other tools desirable for
analyzing large datasets

-              Experience in data mining techniques and procedures and
knowing when their use is appropriate

-              Technical knowledge of data models and database design
development.

-              Experience in BI tools like QlikView, Tabluea etc, would be
an advantage

-              Strong experience in MS Excel, Access, and PowerPoint

-              Programming skills preferred. Adept at queries and report
writing

-              Ability to present complex information in an understandable
and compelling manner

-              Excellent communication skills (both written and oral) and
first rate interpersonal skills at all levels

-              Ability to communicate with different levels –
Administrators to Senior Management – in different departments – IT,
business, Internal Audit, etc

-              Ability to deliver work within tight timescales, to budget
and to a high quality

-              Excellent team player but also excelling in working on own
initiative

-              Consulting experience required

-              Willingness and ability to travel
