Stands for Management Information System(s). Most companies have this department which caters to reporting and analysis requirements. The department sends daily / weekly / monthly / on demand / customised reports to Management regularly or as and when required. Area of work involve data collection from various (internal / external) sources, compilation, preparation of reports, execution and finalisation.
