i am not sure i fully understand your requirements, if you could explain
better and show your expected answers FULLY in a new column at least that
might give some perspective or trend for us to follow.

for instance if you say  Formula should eliminate who are  ranking from 1
to 10, which of the team represents the "WHO". In your initial worksheet i
see your reference team A, when i was thinking it was team B. KINDLY
CLARIFY. thanks
