This does not provide NEARLY enough information! What do you mean by "extract"? Are you wanting to "find" the string of characters? what are you going to do with them? where do you want them to be put? are you trying to determine if the strings exist in the list? are you trying to determine if what the "From" value is for the records where the strings exist?
Are you looking for VBA macros to locate the strings? or are you wanting Excel functions? You've highlighted (3) strings, so you want to find these three strings and no others? Basically, you asked: "I want to extract only the hightlighted information". ok, here it is: K5087157 K5086124 K5087432 is that all? or were you wanting something else? My guess is that you DO want something else. But it's REALLY REALLY difficult to guess what it is... Please describe what it is you want to do. (I'm not REALLY trying to be a smart-aleck... I've just dealt with several people today that have sent me either files or a note saying something like "could you have a look at this" without ANY clue as to what I'm supposed to be looking for! I returned the note, with my own saying: "it looks like a yellow piece of paper with some words on it let me know if I can be of more assistance"..)
