Hm... No one is understanding what I am trying to say...

It's not only about this post, I am also talking about the posts inwhich I am not at all involved. if you see in every post I am seeingeveryone knowingly doing the copy paste of the same solution which isalready offered by another member by just adding even + or - and someother junk of unwanted formula (even there is no need for it) by sayinganother method.

*What is the need here in doing copy paste of the same solution offeredby another member?* *Anyone please clarify me?* I accept if you evenchange a little function offered by the another member with a anotherquality function. But daily basis I am seeing many suggestions copypasted with junk of formula's without knowing the real usage of it. Doyou think this is what helping?
