Here's the answers to your questions: 1.Can I sort the sheet in a A to Z order? (Without Macro) No, you cannot. There is no Excel function or menu selection for sorting sheets. It can only be done with a macro. 2.Can I unhide many sheet at one go.(Without Macro) No, you cannot. It can only be done with a macro. 3.Can I sort the sheet on colour base?(Without Macro) No, you cannot. Sheets can only be sorted with a macro. 4.How to clear the circular reference?(Without Macro) Actually, I don't know of any way to do this WITH a macro! Usually, when you get the Circular Reference message, the cells involved are highlighted. This should give you a clue as to which cells are causing the circular reference. Any menu-based assistance will depend on the version of Excel you are using. To start, from the warning message, click "Help".
