Just Copy And paste the following code in the module and run it.

Sub RemoveDuplcate()

    Dim rngData As Range
        
    With ThisWorkbook.Worksheets("Sheet1")
        Set rngData = .Range("A1:E" & .Range("E" & 
.Rows.Count).End(xlUp).Row)
        rngData.RemoveDuplicates 5, xlYes
    End With
End Sub
