I take it you mean "delete"? Are you wanting to do this for a specific sheet or all sheets in your workbook?
You can use a Change "event" macro. for a single sheet, Worksheet_Change() for all sheets: Workbook_SheetChange() in these macros, simply test for the target value = "". If you want a SPECIFIC CELL on the sheet, then you can test for that too (with Target.Address) let me know if you need help creating these macros.
