Hi Amar Why do you need to use Vlookup and Match, rather than VBA? Is this homework? If so you will need to find out about array formulas to work out the solution.
If not, can you explain a bit more about the application, how it will be used, who will use it (Just you or other people?) whether there are always 5 companies per person. Whether a person could be entered in two different places in the data sheet or just once. How the Names are going to get in the report form. Is it intended to have all the names from the data sheet on the report form? If so how will the report be different from the data form.
