Just paste below formulas In columns I and J and drag this up to i20 and j20
 
 
*=INDEX($B$1:$F$20,MATCH(K2,$D$1:$D$20,0),1) in I2 Circle*
* 

=INDEX($B$1:$F$20,MATCH(K2,$D$1:$D$20,0),2) in J2 Area
