Dear Sriram, As we know in Excel 2003 Total rows are 65536 and total columns are 256 but in Excel 2007+ total rows are 1048576 and total columns are 16384.
You need to take table array range A65536 and Column range 256, then vlookup function will working fine. Feel free to ask if you get any issue..
