Even if you make manual arrangement before clicking pivot table? At my vba 
coding level, it's quite a long code.
If you manually re-arrange your data (maybe using a macro) and use a pivot 
table you may generate a report that will more or less look like what you 
want. You can also use calculated fields at some point. And last, a pivot 
table should be a lot more flexible than a macro.
