Hi Hemanth, Code given by Noorian and Lalit will work to send email on that given date. For that you need to open that excel file manually and trigger the code manually then only the mail will be sent. To make this process also automatic follow the below process: 1. Add a Module in your workbook 2. Paste the Noorian Code in Sub Auto_Open ........... End Sub 3. Save the workbook 4. Attached is a VBS file (which has the file name. Replace it with the complete path of the excel where you have saved above file) 5. Now schedule this VBS file in your system for daily on a certain time, when you know that your system will be Switched on. It will automatically open your excel workbook and send email.
