In cell A40 try below formula & run below macro
=CONCATENATE(TEXT(A1,"0% "&A24))

.Value = .Value

With Range("A40").Characters(Start:=1, Length:=3).Font
.FontStyle = "Bold"

With Range("A40").Characters(Start:=5, Length:=1).Font
.FontStyle = "Italic"
