Thank You for your advice, actually the problem is it is an small box with border are there which I want to repeat at bottom and in page footer this border option is not there, marries on this group provided me the macro to repeat particular rows at the bottom but the borders are not appearing... Not automatically. You would have to have the rows repeated on your worksheet at appropraite places, or use a macro to temporarily insert those rows, print the sheet, and then remove them again. The most common solution, I think, is to use the page footer instead of repeated rows. If possible, I recommend you do this.
