Hi Hilary, You could use a character with a check box, and a Worksheet.Click event to place and remove the checks. You can use the Windows Character Map utility (charmap.exe) to browse your fonts. Unicode includes a Ballot Box character (☐), Ballot Box with Check (☑) and Ballot Box with X (☒). If you browse the "Symbols and Dingbats" Unicode subrange you can find these and similar symbols. You can also do the same with a symbol font, even non-Unicode, such as Wingdings.
