Hi All, I am planning to build a forecasting & network optimization product. Currently I am working in a company & this is my personal part time project. Any one interested in this project can contact me. Currently, I am thinking to develop it in C++. Anyone who is willing to put his efforts part time ( no hard constraints ) is welcome. I am open to suggestions. Programming skills are must.
