How about a nice macro instead

Sub incrementnumbersSAS()

fn = 1

Ln = 3 'last number to increment

fr = 11

For i = 1 To Ln * fr Step fr

Cells(i, "b").Resize(fr) = fn

'MsgBox i

fn = fn + 1

Next i

End Sub
