Responsibilities:
Generating and setting of various reports using MS-Access which
involves doing the programming, creation of databases, running of
queries etc.
Develop templates for the repetitive reports resulting in productivity
and efficiency
Establish and maintain a regular monthly routine for reporting
Ensure that there is regular liaison and dialogue with the other
business finance teams to ensure consistency in approach and alignment
with numbers and explanations
Supporting other ad-hoc requests, developments and changes
Acting as project lead and develop recommendations and implement
process improvements
Work as an independent resource and help establishing the pilot projects
Manages and or mentors junior members of the team
Skills & Qualifications:
3 - 5 years of experience , finance experience would be an added advantage
Bachelors in Commerce / Science
Expert working knowledge of MS Access
Good general MS Office skills - PowerPoint, Word and other MS Office products
A strong emphasis on time management in addition to being well
organized and detail -oriented
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and an aptitude for learning new applications
The ability to perform effectively in an environment of rapid and
continual change
Proactive and enthusiastic attitude
Good communication skills written and verbal
Exp - 3--5 yrs
