substitute the values to dates.

Hi,

PFA. Use below Array formula,

=IFERROR(INDEX($B$4:$E$4,MATCH(B$9,OFFSET($A$4,MATCH($A10,$A$5:$A$7,0),1,1,4
),0)),"")

Regards,

MARIES.

Hi,

I am trying to come up with the formula to pull up dates from a tracker for
each individual. Example:

Name

April 1

April 2

April 3

April 4

Alexei de Guzman

VL

Joseph Roxas

                SL

Kelly Furio

        H

Name

VL

H

SL

Alexei de Guzman

April 1

Joseph Roxas

                April 3

So I am making a summary tracker that will break it down by dates for each
name. I have tried using Countif for a particular value but I have been
looking for a formula to come up to pull it up by dates.

I hope someone already knows the answer.

Thank you very much.
