I'm happy to see the success of your group, Ayush. I found it I believe simply by searching Google Groups to see what the largest groups were. You do an excellent job of keeping the forum virtually free of spam.
If anything, just these two things would make your exlllent forum even better - attracting more experts / more people trying to provide solutions, and an even greater international diversity.
