Subject: $$Excel-Macros$$ Macro to compare highlight and copy value to a new sheet

Hi

I have a standard work book with 3 sheets , in sheet 1& 2 there is
data,
in a column of sheet 1 there are a list of values, 10 digit string
with letters and numbers these values may or may not match values that
are contained in a column in sheet 2, where there is a match I would
like to copy over the complete row of data from sheet 2 into sheet 3
at the same time highlighting the matching values in sheets 1 & 2, to
do this manually is quite time consuming as there are some 6000 rows
of data, could any one advise on how to write a macro for this
